Responsibilities
- You manage a portfolio of client files from A to Z, ensuring quality and continuity
- You provide clear and practical tax advice to entrepreneurs and SMEs
- You review accounting work prepared by colleagues and safeguard consistency
- You act as a trusted point of contact and build long-term client relationships
- You stay up to date with tax legislation and translate it into actionable insights
Must have
- You are a certified ITAA accountant
- You have strong expertise in Belgian tax legislation
- You bring experience from an accounting or fiduciary environment
- You work independently and take ownership of your files
- You are fluent in Dutch
Nice to have
- You have experience working with SMEs or family-owned businesses
- You communicate easily and build relationships in a natural way
- You enjoy supporting or mentoring junior colleagues
- You are comfortable with digital tools and modern accounting systems
- You are motivated to continuously learn and develop yourself
