Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive commercial performance by supporting your team in building long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitor team performance, pipeline development and financial results to ensure consistent growth.
- Coach consultants throughout the full consultancy lifecycle, from business development to successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior decision-makers and support complex commercial negotiations.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
- Lead by example through your commercial mindset, leadership and daily contribution to team success.
Must have
- Several years of experience within consultancy, professional services or B2B sales.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial mindset with a consistent track record of achieving results.
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.

- Experience within Finance, Technology or Business Transformation.
- Experience managing commercial targets or business performance.
