In this role as a Private Banker Acquisition, you focus on building new long-term relationships with affluent clients in your region. You work with entrepreneurs, business leaders and self-employed professionals who value a holistic and personal approach to wealth management. 

Your mission is clear: attract new private banking clients and connect them with the right expertise at the right time. You operate in a collaborative environment where relationship building, trust and credibility are key.

Responsibilities

  • Attract new private banking clients with investable assets above €1 million through a tailored, holistic approach
  • Build and maintain a strong external network through professional events and active prospecting
  • Introduce newly acquired clients to internal Private Bankers and support a smooth relationship handover
  • Collaborate closely with internal experts in investments, wealth planning and portfolio management
  • Support and contribute to broader acquisition initiatives within the private banking team

Must have

  • Proven experience in private banking, investments or portfolio management
  • Strong commercial drive with a clear focus on client acquisition
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and investment solutions
  • Ability to communicate confidently with entrepreneurial and high-net-worth clients
  • Professional experience of 3–7 years in a relevant financial role

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of legal, fiscal or succession planning topics
  • Experience working with entrepreneurs, family businesses or liberal professions
  • Established professional network in the region
  • Strong organisational skills to manage administrative and regulatory aspects
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience
