The role offers a strong mix of ownership and collaboration, within an informal and purpose-driven environment. The team is open to a part-time collaboration (75% or 80%). And yes, you’ll be based in the heart of Brussels, easy to reach and hard to leave.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across different departments
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build hiring plans
- Source candidates through various channels and conduct pre-screening interviews
- Improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
Must have
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and French
- Proven experience with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Structured and proactive approach to hiring
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the healthcare or insurance sector
- Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing
- Knowledge of labour laws related to hiring in Belgium
- Previous experience in a not-for-profit or values-driven environment
- Affinity with HR analytics or reporting
