Sales & Recruitment Consultant (Antwerp)

This role is designed for someone at the start of their career who wants to grow into a trusted commercial partner within a specialised consulting environment. As a Sales & Recruitment Consultant, you operate at the intersection of business development, recruitment and advisory work, connecting international organisations with highly skilled freelance professionals in Finance, Finance Technology and Transformation. 

You work in a focused, high-quality niche where relationships, expertise and credibility matter. The environment is entrepreneurial and hands-on, with a strong emphasis on ownership and long-term thinking. You are closely involved in every step of the process, from first conversation to successful project delivery. Your work has visible impact on both clients and consultants. 

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with Finance and Finance IT decision-makers to understand their challenges and project needs
  • Engage with specialised freelance consultants to gain insight into their expertise, motivations and career goals
  • Match consultants to relevant projects and coordinate interviews and follow-up with clients
  • Guide both clients and consultants throughout the full recruitment and matching process
  • Stay closely connected to the market by planning meetings, following up on opportunities and developing commercial insight

Must have

  • Clear and confident communication skills in a professional context
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Strong learning mindset and curiosity for business and people dynamics
  • Result-oriented attitude with the motivation to take ownership
  • Availability to work from the Antwerp office on a regular basis

Nice to have

  • Interest in Finance, Technology or transformation-driven environments
  • First exposure to sales, recruitment or consulting through education or internships
  • Ability to structure information and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Resilience and comfort in a fast-moving, performance-oriented setting
  • Natural interest in building long-term professional relationships
